11/10 stay at this villa. The location is perfect, a quick walk to Fira but quiet enough that you can easily relax without feeling like people are walking on top of you. We had a group of 7 (mid/late 20s) and had plenty of space to share, with four separate apartments that each had a private bathroom we could easily split up when we wanted and then mingle in the dual level common areas. It is hard to accurately photograph the sunsets from this place, you simply have to be there to realize how lucky you are! Eleni provided exceptional restaurant recommendations and coordinated sailing and island outings, making the trip that much easier. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Altelmi Villa was pure perfection! The villa is set up brilliantly for couples traveling together. Every couple has their own space with an en-suite bathroom. The common space is great and the pool magnificent. The location is good as you can get to Fira by walking about 15 min, yet the villa is in quiet Firastefani. Eleni and her staff are too notch! And Eleni’s breakfast was a must do! All around a fabulous experience!

I can’t speak highly enough about our stay at the Mesaria house. The house itself blew us away and exceeded every expectation we had. The pictures don’t begin to do this place justice! Every room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and overall felt like a 5 star hotel! Though the house is situated away from the larger towns, the area was so charming and we found several outstanding restaurants within walking distance, and the rides to Fira and Oia weren’t bad at all. The most special part of this house is Eleni, our gracious and incredibly helpful host who outdid herself making us feel at home and cared for. She helped us find the best winery to tour, arranged transportation, and provided lists of suggestions of where to eat and shop. Don’t hesitate to book this home!

Eleni was an excellent host! Prompt and responsive. She was knowledgeable and helped us chalk out an itinerary very efficiently for the 2 days that we were there. She was very helpful in arranging transfers and tours.

Our group of 8 Adults arrived and were immediately met by Eleni for check in. The Villa is lovely with beautiful views of the caldera. Thankfully, Eleni had her people take our luggage to the Villa as their are many steps to the Villa. Santorini is a beautiful island with steps just about everywhere, not for the faint of heart but a great workout! We enjoyed our accommodations and spent evenings enjoying the views and the occasional fireworks. Restaurants were fantastic and the hike from Fira to Oui was perfect for our group! Thanks to Eleni for recommending and arranging many of our tours and dinner reservations. She is an amazing host!

6 adults and 1 child stayed at the Antelmi Villa. We were in Santorini for a friend's wedding. The host, Eleni, arranged pick up services from the airport for our group and had a bellboy help us bring our luggage to the villa. The villa was clean and spacious. All rooms had air conditioning. Housekeeping services were offered . A rainstorm hit while we were there, knocking out our wifi, but Eleni was on top of it and sent a maintenance person out within a couple of hours to fix the issue. Overall a great stay and a cheaper alternative to many of the hotels in the area, especially if staying with a large group. I look forward to coming back to Santorini and staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful location. The view is breathtaking! The stay was made perfect by Eleni, the property manager. She communicated with us before we arrived and arranged for a delicious breakfast to be served on the patio with a view of the ocean and caldera. We had cleaning service - the home is well appointed and immaculate. The four rooms were perfect for our family - very roomy. Eleni also arranged for our transportation to and from the airport. She is a jewel. The only slight caution I have is to be aware that there are several flights of stairs to the main street. I am over 60 and recovering from surgery - I puffed a bit going up but the location is more than worth the steps!

The Antelmi home was perfect! It is conveniently located in the middle of the island for easy access to every location. It’s well maintained, decorated beautifully and stocked with all the amenities of home. And our hostess, Eleni, is the best in the business! Besides providing an amazing place to stay, she was easy to get ahold of for any questions. She had great recommendations & connections to the best tours, restaurants, ATVs, etc. which made this vacation epic!

Our family recently stayed at the Villa and couldn’t have been happier. Rooms/beds are very comfortable. The courtyard with an amazing view and pool was wonderful for our family. Eleni, the house manager, was wonderful to work with…setting up rides to dinner, arranging reservations and cooking amazing breakfast. We will Be back!

Great location. No need to travel to Oia to view the sunset. Do it from this villa or any of the low key restaurants in Firostefani. Eleni was a great communicator. She booked anything we asked her help with. This villa was perfect for our family. Each couple or group of kids had their own room but we could gather for breakfast by the pool. My daughter is already begging us to go back.

Eleni & Her place are absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. The villa is setup with 4 separate rooms and 4 separate entrances all surrounding the pool. Outdoor furniture is comfy and an outdoor table to hang at as well. Kitchen and living area are great too, but we spent most of the time outside! Highly recommend you take advantage of all Elenis recommendations, and I suggest you do the breakfast. It’s delicious and made by a local! We also used her to book a private catamaran (Do it!). Semi private is too crowded. Definitely do private and you will not regret it. Will be back!

I had such a great experience! Loved Elani from the start. She was very helpful. I was able to book transfers through her and this was invaluable as we did not rent a car. She met my family and I at the house to go over must see locations and great local restaurants. Highly recommend this beautiful villa for anyone traveling to Santorini! We will be back!

This was such a beautiful place to stay. The pictures do not do it justice at all. We had 10 people and we all had enough room to spread out. Eleni was so kind and extremely helpful to us. There are so many placess around the house to shop and eat at. Just be prepared for some steps. Oh, and you have a perfect view of the sunset so no need to travel anywhere else to see it. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

My family of nine adults traveled to Santorini. Eleni hands down made the experience exceptional. She helped organize excursions including an amazing private catamaran trip, ATVs, and island / wine tour. Her breakfast preparations were absolutely stellar, and I would highly recommend this! The property itself is really nice and in good condition. It’s located in the middle of the island which made for shorter private transfers to the beach, Fira, or Oia. If staying here, I would recommend paying for the private transfers with Mr. Taki as well! Mr. Taki and Eleni are amazing, and we cannot wait to return!

Eleni was the best hostess, keeping in close touch before, finding us a driver, Mr Takis, to pick us up at the airport, greeting us and showing us how things worked. We loved the villa, and the pool and outdoor deck despite cool weather. The beds were very comfortable, the design of the villas beautiful. We highly recommend this accommodation for family or a group. We also liked the location in the traditional village of Mesaria..the walk to Fira for lunch was an easy one. But we did try a restaurant in Mesaria as well as buying picnic food from bakery and local grocery store

Just returned from a 16 day vacation in Greece on several of the islands. There were 8 adults traveling from island to island. Santorini was our favorite island, beautiful, fun and felt like the true Greek experience. The ANTELMI HOUSES were our favorite. The location was perfect, the views spectacular and the host great. Eleni welcomed us with a beautiful tour of the houses, plenty of space to spread out and privacy. The Houses were stunning, so clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Eleni gave us great recommendations to restaurants and to the best sunrise and sunset views. Wonderful experience, thank you Eleni!

The perfect space for our large family. There was 3 separate living areas for each family to stay. Short walk to restaurants and shopping areas and the host gives you information for a shuttle to take you places whenever you need. Very convenient and made our stay in santorini wonderful

My wife and I, our 20, 18 and 15 year old kids and our friend and her 20 year old daughter had the vacation of a lifetime in Santorini thanks to our host Eleni, the spacious layout of the four unit home and pool and our location in the quiet centrally located, “non-touristy” village of Messaria. Eleni is one in a million. Her attention to detail, work ethic, communication skills and local connections make the trip. She arranged a fishing trip, a sunset cruise, horseback riding, winery tour, days at the beach, restaurant reservations, a meal prepared by a local chef at the house and all van transfers. For a reasonable fee she provides an amazing breakfast. The home is a small walled in compound with four units steps apart from one another that surround a beautiful pool. The location in the village of Messaria is a short drive from Fira, Oia, the ports and beaches and it’s much more quiet and quaint than the beautiful but busy towns of Fira and Oia. You’ll get a feel for local life without missing the main attractions. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

This villa is amazing and located in an ideal place. The view is breathtaking and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the villa each night of our stay. There are many restaurants to choose from right by the villa and the shopping area is only a 10 minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again. The rooms are gorgeous and extremely clean. Eleni who manages the property is fantastic! She gave us great advice on restaurants and activities and always answered my texts. She makes an amazing breakfast at the villa, don't miss out on it! It's an absolute must during your stay.
